We offer various shipping methods depending on the size, weight, and nature of the ordered goods.

Shipping Methods within Germany

Parcel shipping: €9.50
Freight shipping: €145.00
Freight shipping with forklift: + €50.00
Sample shipping: free of charge

The applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Parcel Shipping

Shipping via parcel service is available for goods with a total weight of up to 30 kg and a maximum length of 200 cm.
Delivery time is usually 1–3 working days.
If products exceed these dimensions or weight, shipping will automatically be carried out via freight.

Freight Shipping

Large and heavy products (especially WPC decking boards) are delivered via freight forwarding.
Delivery is made curbside.
Unloading must be carried out by the customer. We recommend having 2–3 people on site to ensure smooth unloading.
Depending on the order volume, delivery is carried out using a suitable vehicle, potentially a truck with a total weight of up to 40 tons.
Please ensure that access to the delivery address is suitable for such vehicles.
If access is restricted, please inform us in advance so that we can coordinate a suitable solution together.
Delivery time is usually 3–10 working days.

Freight Shipping with Forklift

Optionally, we offer delivery with a mounted forklift (surcharge €50.00).
In this case, unloading is carried out by the driver using the forklift, curbside.
Delivery is usually carried out by truck up to 40 tons. Please ensure that access to the unloading point is possible.
In this case, delivery time may be extended to 10–18 working days.

Sample Shipping

Shipping of product samples within Germany is free of charge.
Delivery time is usually 2–3 working days.

Self Pickup

Collection of goods from our warehouse is only possible by prior appointment.

International Shipping

Delivery to other countries is generally possible.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout or provided individually upon request.

Important Delivery Information

Delivery is made curbside only.
Unloading must be arranged by the customer unless a forklift service has been booked.
Delivery dates are usually coordinated by the freight carrier.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

What’s the difference between Classic WPC and Capped WPC?

Classic WPC is a solid composite board designed for long-term durability.

Capped WPC has an additional protective layer (a polymer shell) that makes it even more resistant to moisture, stains, and fading.
If your deck is exposed to rain, direct sun, or humidity — we recommend Capped WPC.

How much does delivery cost and how fast is shipping within Germany and the EU?

The delivery cost for WPC decking is calculated automatically during checkout.

We ship within 2–7 business days, depending on your region. All orders are packed securely, and we cooperate only with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe delivery of your WPC boards, tiles, and accessories.

Can I install WPC decking myself? (DIY installation)

Yes, our WPC decking boards are designed for easy DIY installation. We provide clear installation guides, substructure diagrams, and step-by-step instructions. If needed, we can recommend verified installation teams. If you have basic tool skills, you can easily install your composite decking without professional help.

Does WPC decking require maintenance, painting, or oiling?

No. WPC decking is low-maintenance and does not require painting, sanding, oiling, or chemical treatment. To keep your composite boards clean, simply rinse them with warm water. WPC decking maintains its appearance for many years with minimal care — one of its biggest advantages over natural wood.

Is WPC decking slippery in winter, rain, or wet conditions?
