We offer different shipping methods depending on the size, weight and nature of the goods ordered.

Orders that are ready for dispatch are generally handed over to the shipping carrier within 2 business days. The actual delivery time depends on the selected shipping method.

Shipping Methods within Germany

Parcel shipping: €9.50
Freight shipping: €145.00
Freight shipping with truck-mounted forklift: + €50.00
Sample shipping: free of charge

The applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Parcel Shipping

Parcel shipping is available for goods with a total weight of up to 30 kg and a maximum length of 200 cm.
The delivery time is generally 1–3 business days.
If the products exceed these dimensions or weight limits, the order will automatically be shipped by freight carrier.

Freight Shipping

Large and heavy products (especially WPC decking boards) are delivered by freight carrier.
Orders that are ready for dispatch are generally handed over to the freight carrier within 2 business days.
The total delivery time is generally 2–10 business days.

Delivery is made to the curbside.
Unloading must be carried out by the customer. We recommend having 2–3 people available on site to ensure smooth unloading.
Depending on the size of the order, delivery will be made using a suitable vehicle, which may be a truck with a gross vehicle weight of up to 40 tonnes.
Please ensure that the delivery address is accessible to an appropriate vehicle.
If access is restricted, please inform us in advance so that we can arrange a suitable solution together.

Freight Shipping with Truck-Mounted Forklift

As an option, we offer delivery with a truck-mounted forklift for an additional charge of €50.00.
In this case, unloading is carried out by the driver using the forklift, with delivery to the curbside.
Delivery is generally made by a truck with a gross vehicle weight of up to 40 tonnes. Please ensure that access to the unloading point is suitable for such a vehicle.
For deliveries with a truck-mounted forklift, the delivery time may be extended to 10–18 business days.

Sample Shipping

Shipping of product samples within Germany is free of charge.
The delivery time is generally 2–3 business days.

Collection from Our Warehouse

Collection of goods from our warehouse is only possible by prior appointment.

International Shipping

Delivery to other countries is generally available.
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process or provided individually upon request.

Important Delivery Information

Delivery is made to the curbside only.
Unloading must be arranged by the customer unless delivery with a truck-mounted forklift has been booked.
Delivery dates are generally coordinated by the freight carrier.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

Please note: If delivery cannot be completed due to insufficient access conditions and we were not informed of these restrictions in advance, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred.

What’s the difference between Classic WPC and Capped WPC?

Classic WPC is a solid composite board designed for long-term durability.

Capped WPC has an additional protective layer (a polymer shell) that makes it even more resistant to moisture, stains, and fading.
If your deck is exposed to rain, direct sun, or humidity — we recommend Capped WPC.

The delivery cost for WPC decking is calculated automatically during checkout.

We ship within 2–7 business days, depending on your region. All orders are packed securely, and we cooperate only with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe delivery of your WPC boards, tiles, and accessories.

Can I install WPC decking myself? (DIY installation)

Yes, our WPC decking boards are designed for easy DIY installation. We provide clear installation guides, substructure diagrams, and step-by-step instructions. If needed, we can recommend verified installation teams. If you have basic tool skills, you can easily install your composite decking without professional help.

Does WPC decking require maintenance, painting, or oiling?

No. WPC decking is low-maintenance and does not require painting, sanding, oiling, or chemical treatment. To keep your composite boards clean, simply rinse them with warm water. WPC decking maintains its appearance for many years with minimal care — one of its biggest advantages over natural wood.
