Ask a question

What’s the difference between Classic WPC and Capped WPC?

Classic WPC is a solid composite board designed for long-term durability.

Capped WPC has an additional protective layer (a polymer shell) that makes it even more resistant to moisture, stains, and fading.
If your deck is exposed to rain, direct sun, or humidity — we recommend Capped WPC.

How can I calculate how many boards and accessories I need?

You can use our online WPC decking calculator, which automatically calculates the number of boards, substructure elements, and accessories you need based on your terrace shape, board type, and spacing rules. For complex or custom terrace designs, simply contact us — our experts will prepare a free and precise material calculation for your WPC decking project.

How much does delivery cost and how fast is shipping within Germany and the EU?

The delivery cost for WPC decking is calculated automatically during checkout.

We ship within 2–7 business days, depending on your region. All orders are packed securely, and we cooperate only with reliable shipping partners to ensure safe delivery of your WPC boards, tiles, and accessories.

Can I install WPC decking myself? (DIY installation)

Yes, our WPC decking boards are designed for easy DIY installation. We provide clear installation guides, substructure diagrams, and step-by-step instructions. If needed, we can recommend verified installation teams. If you have basic tool skills, you can easily install your composite decking without professional help.

Does WPC decking require maintenance, painting, or oiling?

No. WPC decking is low-maintenance and does not require painting, sanding, oiling, or chemical treatment. To keep your composite boards clean, simply rinse them with warm water. WPC decking maintains its appearance for many years with minimal care — one of its biggest advantages over natural wood.

Is WPC decking slippery in winter, rain, or wet conditions?

No. All our WPC decking boards have a certified anti-slip surface (ideal for winter and wet conditions). The textured profile ensures safe walking on your terrace even during rain, frost, or high humidity — perfect for families, children, and outdoor areas.

Do WPC boards come with a warranty and what does it cover?

Yes, all our WPC boards include a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty. It covers deformation, cracking, fading, and other defects related to production quality. We use certified, high-quality materials and stand behind the performance and durability of every WPC board we produce.

Can I order WPC decking samples to see the color and texture in real life?

Yes, you can order free WPC decking samples to evaluate the color, texture, and material quality at home. Samples help you visualize how the decking will look on your terrace and choose the perfect shade for your outdoor space.
